A short explanation of what we collect when you submit information to the club and why.
When you complete a player enquiry, trial-session, registration-interest, volunteer, or contact form, Livermore Lions Rugby Club may collect the following categories of personal information for the purposes shown below.
Name, email address, telephone number.
Used for: responding to enquiries, club communications, registration support, volunteer coordination, and safety communications.
Player name, date of birth, age group, rugby experience, and information a parent or guardian chooses to provide.
Used for: age-group placement, participation planning, coaching, player welfare, and registration administration.
Role interests, experience, qualifications, certifications, and availability.
Used for: recruitment, role assignment, safeguarding, training, and match-day operations.
Basic device, browser, IP, or security information if collected by our hosting provider.
Used for: website operation, troubleshooting, security, and fraud prevention.
Information may be processed by club administrators and service providers used to operate the club, including Google Workspace. Official rugby registration information is handled through Rugby Xplorer and relevant rugby governing bodies.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for club operations, player welfare, legal or insurance requirements, and governing-body requirements.
