Livermore Lions Rugby Club is a community youth rugby club based in Livermore, California. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information through our website and club administration.

We collect information directly from parents, guardians, volunteers, and other adults who contact or register with the club. Official player registration is completed through Rugby Xplorer. We may also receive information from service providers that support club administration.
Our website is intended to be used by parents, legal guardians, volunteers, and other adults. Children should not submit personal information directly through the website. Player information should be provided by a parent or legal guardian on the child’s behalf.
If we learn that a child under 13 has submitted personal information directly without appropriate parental involvement, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or obtain any legally required parental authorization.
