Submitting an enquiry or club intake form does not itself complete official rugby registration. Players must complete any required Rugby Xplorer, Rugby NorCal, USA Rugby, insurance, waiver, fee, or other registration steps before participating where required.
Forms requesting information about a minor are intended to be completed by the child’s parent or legal guardian. Children should not submit personal information directly through this website.
